Registered Nurse-Emergency Department Part Time Nights

Location: 3701 Doty Rd, Woodstock, Illinois, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document care plans, communications, interventions, and patient responses in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Use available evidence and research findings to guide nursing practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• An Associate Degree in Nursing is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Employment includes a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area, especially emergency or pediatric emergency care.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
