Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Any EMEA location, with a minimum of one week per month onsite in Aachen, Germany. Additional listed locations include Beerse and Diegem, Belgium, and Prague, Czechia.

Salary: EUR 62,500–97,865 in Germany; EUR 60,000–96,255 in Belgium; CZK 704,000–1,135,050 in Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Lead Opex, Capex, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and actual-reporting activities for a dedicated supply chain area.
• Own cost-center budget-versus-actual analysis covering P&L, capital expenditure, and headcount.
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory, purchase price variance, scrap drivers, and related financial impacts.
• Oversee physical inventory controls, GR/IR reconciliation, month-end accuracy, and variance resolution.
• Support material-master change requests and Capital Appropriation Requests while ensuring appropriate financial controls.
• Partner with procurement, operations, regional leaders, global services, and US counterparts to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Adaptive is preferred.
• Understanding of AI concepts, frameworks, responsible AI practices, and effective prompt generation.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience in supply chain finance, inventory analysis, or manufacturing operations.
