Advisor, Implementation Technology (WMS)

Location: Onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania; Memphis, Tennessee; or Dallas, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems within distribution facilities.
• Coordinate OEM engineering, production control, testing, software engineering, quality, materials, operations, customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Evaluate implementation resources and provide leadership for validation, process completion, and operational transition.
• Develop implementation strategies, policies, procedures, standards, tools, and services for supply chain systems.
• Maintain solution documentation aligned with SDLC standards and ensure support resources are trained to resolve issues.
• Conduct financial analysis, facilitate communication across systems and operations teams, and provide performance feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS systems.
• Strong operational knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux servers and Oracle relational databases is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including sitting, walking, standing, and lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds.
