Technology Undergraduate Summer Internship

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office and one remote workday

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Collaborate with fellow interns to identify, design, build, test, and deliver a software application for a real business challenge.
• Analyze user needs, gather feedback, and develop solutions that create business impact.
• Apply software engineering and data analysis skills across requirements gathering, application design, coding, testing, and iterative delivery.
• Own a key project workstream while collaborating with teammates, stakeholders, and business and technology professionals.
• Build relationships across the firm through networking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and lessons learned to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with software engineering, data analysis, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field through coursework, internships, research, or projects.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in campus organizations, leadership activities, volunteer work, or other extracurricular activities.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Curiosity and adaptability when exploring emerging technologies and AI tools.
• Prior finance experience is not required.
