Product Software Engineer (React/TypeScript + Python)

Location: Remote across Eastern and Central Time Zones in the United States, with ad-hoc site visits to the Houston, Texas headquarters up to twice per month.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build customer-facing products across a complex ecosystem serving multiple customer groups.
• Own product development from initial product thinking through architecture, technical design, deployment, and production operation.
• Develop frontend applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Build Python-backed services and APIs.
• Improve performance, reliability, testing, and overall product architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping full-stack products used by real customers.
• Strong backend engineering and software architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python or comparable backend services.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, including server-side rendering, data fetching, state management, and performance.
• Experience owning features or products from ambiguity through production and demonstrating measurable impact.
