Location: Secaucus, USA. Eligible employees may work remotely one day per week; onsite work is required for the remaining schedule. Individuals working onsite in the New York and New Jersey offices must meet the stated workplace vaccination requirements, subject to accommodations.
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Broadcast Operations Management team supporting live and time-shifted and W local media productions.
- Set operating standards, workflows, priorities, escalation procedures, and performance expectations across productions and markets.
- Oversee game-day logistics, technical production coordination, crew planning, vendor readiness, schedules, venues, and operational dependencies.
- Manage relationships with production, mobile unit, crewing, master control, and other broadcast service vendors.
- Partner with Technical Managers, Broadcast Engineering, Production Technology, Distribution, and production teams to integrate systems and workflows into operational execution.
- Lead scaling initiatives, readiness planning, contingency processes, performance analysis, and resource planning for the Local Media production program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in broadcast operations, live production, technical production management, media operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing teams and supplemental resources in complex, high-volume live production environments.
- Experience managing production vendors, mobile units, crewing partners, or other third-party broadcast service providers.
- Experience with game-day production logistics, technical coordination, operational readiness, and issue resolution across multiple productions or markets.
- Strong knowledge of live sports broadcast operations, technical production workflows, vendor management, project management, risk management, and scalable operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Production, Media, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred; professional or collegiate live sports production experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with centralized, remote/REMI, cloud-enabled, or other modern production models.
- Experience in professional or collegiate live sports production.
