Material Control Clerk IV (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate electronic inventory records in an ERP or WMS.
• Kit, stage, and deliver materials to production areas and departments according to manufacturing schedules.
• Record material movements, issue inventory parts, and prepare shipping and receiving reports.
• Perform cycle counts, audit bin locations, and investigate quantity variances.
• Organize stock locations for efficient space utilization and item retrieval.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or inventory control.
• Proficiency with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong math, accuracy, data-entry, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
