Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Corporate (Insurance)

What you will do

• Provide strategic financial support to senior management and business unit leaders through presentations, analysis, and special projects.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and consolidated financial reporting with the FP&A Director.
• Own implementation milestones and data consolidation for financial planning processes.
• Produce KPI reports, analyze trends, and identify root causes affecting business performance.
• Maintain and improve FP&A reporting and modeling tools, with a focus on OneStream.
• Build business cases and financial models, perform scenario analysis, support period-end reviews, and improve processes through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, with strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and ERP systems.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience coaching, developing, and mentoring financial teams.
• Ability to understand complex business environments, particularly within the insurance industry.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OneStream, NetSuite, and SQL.
