Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually in California; discretionary bonus and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface between Specialty Finance and the Private Markets COO, technology, data, and support teams to maintain accurate, usable information across funds, portfolios, and investors.
• Drive implementation and alignment with the strategic target operating model and improve business processes, workflows, information flows, and handoffs.
• Oversee marketing coordination and lead the quality-controlled delivery of client content and communications for prospective and existing investors.
• Coordinate fund financing and liquidity management, including leverage facilities, cash management, evergreen vehicles, subscriptions, investment activity, and potential inter-fund sell-downs.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving new and existing evergreen funds, service providers, investor options, and cost-minimization efforts.
• Provide leadership and oversight to selected investment professionals while managing timelines and deliverables for reporting, reviews, and compensation-related processes.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of relevant experience in private markets, specialty finance, asset-based finance, investment management, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in a COO, business management, strategy, or senior project management role supporting alternatives, private markets, investment banking, or credit platforms.
• Strong familiarity with specialty finance or asset-based finance and experience leading complex initiatives across investment, legal, finance, operations, technology, and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with marketing and investor relations, shaping strategic messaging, and improving processes and standards.
• Strong people leadership, analytical, organizational, project management, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Must already have authorization and the right to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
