Automation Analyst

Location: Lansing, Michigan, United States; initial training is in person, followed by up to 3 work-from-home days per week

What you will do

• Support insurance agencies that sell Auto-Owners products.
• Answer automation-related questions by phone and web chat.
• Provide customer-focused assistance to agency users.
• Complete the structured in-person training program.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• High level of computer skills.
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Insurance experience.
• Experience working with insurance agencies.
