Automotive Service Manager (Luxury Imports)

What you will do

• Lead and manage technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, quality control, and daily service operations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complex customer issues.
• Improve service department efficiency and profitability through operational strategies.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with sales and parts departments while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive service management experience, preferably including 2 years with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury-brand vehicle maintenance, diagnostic techniques, and repair procedures.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of service department financial management and budgeting.
• Proficiency with automotive service management software; a bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
