Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be required, and emergency restoration assignments may involve work outside normal hours and location.
Annual salary: $115,880–$128,750, plus potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Develop, monitor, and report financial, schedule, and project performance metrics for the regional transmission department.
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning for CAPEX and PIS across monthly, quarterly, and fiscal-year periods.
- Develop KPIs and maintain a system of record for project status, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Prepare regional portfolio status reports for workplan meetings and periodic management reporting.
- Track project risks, mitigation plans, forecasts, key variances, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Controls, Project Performance, Investment Planning, Accounting, Scheduling, project management, and eBuilder.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, statistics, mathematics, or related experience.
- Four to six years of related experience.
- Strong technical, quantitative, analytical, communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Utility industry experience is required; familiarity with ISO/RTO environments is advantageous.
- MS Office proficiency and advanced MS Excel skills are required; coding, data visualization, and GIS experience are advantageous.
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and availability for travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with coding, data visualization, or GIS software.
- Understanding of FERC and New England state energy regulation.
- ISO/RTO work experience.
