Senior Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and manage relationships with global payment networks and schemes from initial contact to signed commercial agreements.
• Build and execute a network partnerships strategy to integrate hirify.global into stablecoin and settlement initiatives.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder partnership cycles including commercial, legal, and compliance negotiations.
• Convert partnerships into distribution channels by working with network merchant, issuer, and acquirer relationships.
• Represent the company in industry forums, working groups, and at senior-level conferences.
• Act as the internal voice of networks to guide Product and Engineering roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within the payments industry.
• Proven track record of closing complex commercial partnerships between fintech providers and large incumbents.
• Deep understanding of card and account-to-account settlement mechanics, including cost and friction points.
• Experience operating within a regulated financial environment.
• Existing senior-level network across the payment scheme ecosystem.
• Must be based in the United States and comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team.

• Deep experience with network innovation programs and third-party certification processes.
• Expertise in issuing, issuer-processors, BIN sponsors, and card program management.
• Prior exposure to stablecoins or digital assets.
