What you will do

• Lead the evolution of enterprise risk and compliance programs across a complex, highly regulated organization.
• Provide governance reporting, insights, and recommendations to support risk-informed executive decision-making.
• Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity capabilities to reduce disruption during critical events.
• Promote accountability, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management.
• Improve risk, audit, and assurance processes by identifying emerging threats and closing control gaps.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance, or operational risk programs in a complex regulated organization.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to make risk-based decisions and strengthen controls.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, audit practices, and business continuity principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including translating complex risks and regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower high-performing teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

• Experience in payments, financial services, or technology.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in risk, compliance, or governance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives related to compliance, operational resilience, or risk maturity.
