Manufacturing Process Technician

Location: Trujillo, Spain; on-site, morning 12-hour shifts on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule

Salary: €25,000–€32,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process sheets, and related manufacturing documentation.
• Monitor production processes daily, make appropriate adjustments, and escalate critical issues to Process Engineers.
• Support manufacturing process maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives independently and with production colleagues.
• Assist with equipment and process validations, optimizations, and characterizations.
• Participate in multifunctional root cause analyses and corrective and preventative actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject with less than one year of experience, or an associate degree in a technical field with at least three years of experience.
• Advanced written and oral English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistics, with experience using related software.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or an equivalent Google Workspace suite.
