What you will do

• Study and improve production equipment used in fragrance manufacturing.
• Develop operating standards and ensure production teams understand and follow them.
• Execute projects that generate operational savings.
• Design and implement processes that improve production-line safety, quality, or performance.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, and Engineering departments.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Interest in technology and manufacturing, with curiosity about how equipment and processes work.
• Ability to lead or organize activities effectively.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems logically.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Confident written and spoken English required for daily use.
