Industrial System Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; flexible hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Lead industrial system design and modeling projects from concept through deployment, optimizing production flows and plant footprint.
• Develop and manage industrial line-flow simulations and digital twins using 3D environments such as 3DExperience.
• Analyze manufacturing performance through time-value calculations, line balancing, and Value Stream Analysis.
• Drive plant-level machine connectivity strategies in collaboration with Maintenance, Operations, and central teams.
• Support data analytics and innovation projects for predictive decision-making, pattern detection, and early breakdown warnings.
• Collaborate with industrial architects and multidisciplinary teams to translate workflows into shopfloor layouts, logistics, lead times, and ergonomic station designs.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, or related Engineering.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in complex, automated, or aerospace environments.
• Strong proficiency in 3D environments such as 3DExperience for layouts, line simulation, and logistics analysis.
• Knowledge of flow simulation methodologies and data management.
• Negotiation-level English is required.
• Teamwork, creativity, integrity, reliability, continuous-improvement mindset, and potential to lead transversal projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AnyLogic.
• Experience with digital twin deployment, machine connectivity, IoT, or advanced data analytics.
• Knowledge of another European language.
