IT Administrator (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Golden, Colorado; candidates must be based in or able to relocate to the Golden, CO area.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for Colorado-based employees, including hardware, applications, permissions, printers, and service desk tickets.
• Support clean-room and laboratory operations, network setup, environmental controls, specialized hardware, and regulatory audits.
• Run employee onboarding across offices and provision Mac, Windows, and Linux devices through Fleet MDM.
• Administer SaaS accounts and access permissions across Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, policies, project records, and internal how-to materials.
• Support conference-room AV systems, network upgrades, and the global IT service desk.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience following industry best practices.
• Strong end-user support and customer-service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Experience with employee onboarding procedures and corporate networking, including DNS, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies such as Okta, Google Workspace, and O365.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the Golden, Colorado area; this is an on-site role.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with the international IT team.

Nice to have

• Okta administration experience and knowledge of Atlassian products, especially Jira administration.
• Experience automating repetitive tasks with AI tools.
• Experience supporting Linux as a desktop operating system.
• Working knowledge of industry security practices.
