What you will do

• Analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies and tools.
• Lead complex transformation projects and translate organizational structures into practical operating solutions.
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs with budgets ranging from €3–50 million.
• Analyze data flows, define data models and requirements, and connect process improvements with data architecture, reporting, and dashboards.
• Support data governance, data quality, KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and integration with BI, analytics, and IT teams.
• Guide analysts, support client adoption and training, contribute to proposals, and identify opportunities related to data and process transformation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience with BPM, data modeling, performance measurement, and analytical problem-solving.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL, or data analysis tools.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and project coordination skills.

• Additional languages such as German.
