Pricing Operations Principal (AI)

Salary: $173,000–$237,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives that turn pricing strategy and buying programs into successful go-to-market execution.
• Build integrated roadmaps, operating cadences, decision frameworks, readiness criteria, and stakeholder communications for pricing launches.
• Partner with Pricing, Product, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Data & Intelligence teams to assess operational impact and execute launches.
• Define business requirements for new SKUs and systems supporting quoting, invoicing, revenue recognition, reporting, and transaction processing.
• Develop pricing enablement, training, and field communications for launches and ongoing pricing changes.
• Use AI and other technology tools to automate pricing processes and improve operational standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in pricing operations, business operations, strategic program management, revenue operations, quote-to-cash, commercial operations, Deal Desk, or related fields.
• At least 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs or major operational changes.
• Experience implementing commercial or pricing programs affecting quoting, contracting, billing, provisioning, reporting, renewals, or customer support.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, including quotable SKUs, product configuration, custom fields, validation rules, and alert rules.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, plus experience using AI tools to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
