Head of Supply Chain Excellence & Digital Domain Leader (IFS)

Location: Göteborg or Solna, Sweden; any major hirify.global site is possible, preferably Stockholm or Göteborg.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Digital Core and the organisation responsible for IFS and related Supply Chain and Production applications.
• Own IFS from a business perspective, including governance, prioritisation, roadmaps, capability development, and alignment with operational needs.
• Lead Production Process, Methods & Tools and establish common processes, standards, tools, and best practices across Surveillance.
• Build the Industrialisation capability, including producibility, Design for X, modularisation, standardisation, production concepts, and early integration of industrial requirements.
• Coordinate Production Supply Owners within the S&OP process and progressively integrate planning capabilities into IFS.
• Drive cross-functional digital and operational transformation with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Product Development, Business Units, and IT.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, methods, and tools.
• Experience with S&OP, production planning, industrialisation principles, data analysis, and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and drive process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills are required.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
