IT Strategy Lead

What you will do

• Shape and continuously refine the enterprise-wide IT strategy across business strategy, technology strategy, portfolio management, finance, and transformation.
• Govern and orchestrate strategy execution across Digital and Technology Services domains and portfolios.
• Monitor transformation programs and ensure value realization from strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership with strategic insight, scenario analysis, decision support, and actionable priorities.
• Identify and resolve strategic risks, interdependencies, and trade-offs across the enterprise.
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy team while improving governance and execution capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consultancy, corporate strategy, or a similar function.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience integrating business strategy, technology, and finance in enterprise environments.
• Experience developing strategy and orchestrating strategy-setting processes in large corporate organizations.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical, stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization, and value realization skills.
