Lead Future Ready Portfolio Management

Salary: €8,446–€11,262 per month, depending on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Lead group-wide portfolio management and PMO for the Future Ready transformation programme.
• Maintain oversight of initiatives, dependencies, risks, budgets, progress, and business-case value creation.
• Prepare board-level reporting and decision materials for senior management stakeholders.
• Lead a small team covering PMO consulting, change and communication, and value-office activities.
• Coordinate governance, financial and non-financial reporting, and engagement across programme and project leads.
• Drive change and communication activities to embed the transformation across the organisation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading portfolio management, PMO, or transformation delivery in a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and business-case tracking in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to identify risks and issues early, drive resolution, and create alignment across organisational boundaries.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong affinity with financial services, large-scale transformation, and organisational change.
