App & Loyalty Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver customer engagement plans for the app and loyalty programme.
• Create and activate loyalty campaigns with Brand Marketing teams across hirify.global's brands.
• Lead customer launches and activation for new app features, loyalty propositions, and customer initiatives.
• Review and optimize customer journeys, embedding app and loyalty activity into brand marketing plans.
• Create marketing communications and channel activation best practices supporting acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Proven marketing experience delivering complex multi-channel campaigns in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer insights and data into effective marketing activity and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence influencing and presenting to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a multi-site consumer business.
• A marketing degree, CIM qualification, or equivalent.
