Salary: £31,000–£36,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead kitchen operations during busy service periods.
• Coordinate the kitchen team and improve how colleagues work together.
• Ensure high-quality meals are prepared and served on time.
• Train, support, and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and allergen controls.

Requirements

• Experience managing a busy kitchen.
• Experience training and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational challenges.
• Strong focus on tasty, well-presented meals and consistent quality.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
