Business Central Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Fully remote across the United Kingdom, working from home while collaborating with customers and the delivery team.

Salary: £90,000–£95,000 per annum plus OTE.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design for Business Central implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Design scalable Business Central solutions and act as the technical lead throughout delivery.
• Produce solution specifications, technical documentation, and implementation guidance.
• Work with customers to understand business challenges, shape Business Central roadmaps, and define wider technology strategies.
• Support pre-sales through demonstrations, estimations, and proposals.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to consultants and developers, including work with ISVs, third-party applications, and integrations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Proven experience leading solution design, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and wider business processes.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• Experience with pre-sales, demonstrations, estimations, proposals, ISVs, third-party applications, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics partner environment.
• Strong manufacturing or ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with complex Business Central integrations and third-party solutions.
• Experience shaping customer technology roadmaps.
• Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central certifications.
