Associate Director, Financial Systems Service Delivery (NetSuite)

Location: Hybrid in Stamford, Connecticut, United States, with at least two on-site days per week, currently Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional on-site days may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $165,000–$214,500 USD annually, with a discretionary annual bonus and possible long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Own and administer the NetSuite ERP environment, including core financials, OneWorld structure, SuiteApps, reporting, expense management, procurement, and integrated finance applications.
• Lead financial systems service delivery by establishing user support processes, permission governance, issue resolution workflows, and service-level standards.
• Drive improvements through SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, workflow automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Manage user provisioning, segregation of duties, access controls, audit trails, change management, and IT general controls supporting SOX compliance.
• Lead NetSuite implementations, module rollouts, release cycles, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support with IT and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and develop NetSuite training programs, documentation, user guides, and onboarding resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in financial systems administration, ERP management, or finance technology, including 3–5 years in a senior or lead NetSuite administration capacity.
• Hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and optimization experience, including core financials, saved searches, reporting, SuiteFlow, and role and permission design.
• Expertise in NetSuite administration, OneWorld, chart of accounts and segment design, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteAnalytics Connect/ODBC, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SOX-compliant controls, ITGCs, segregation of duties, audit trail monitoring, and sandbox-to-production change management.
• Strong project management, cross-functional communication, vendor management, documentation, and Finance user training skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, or Certified ERP Consultant certification.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets Management, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in a life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment.
