Data Product Director (AI)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France.

What you will do

• Define and steer the strategy, vision, and roadmap for data products within the Distribution & Hotel Services Tribe.
• Identify opportunities to use data for strategic and operational objectives.
• Work with Data Science and AI teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent models and algorithms in products.
• Coordinate product development and continuous improvement with Data Engineering, Data Management, Product, and Business teams.
• Lead steering committees, communicate product strategy and adoption plans, and monitor product quality and value metrics.
• Manage the Product Owners responsible for the relevant product scope.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a Master’s degree specialising in Big Data.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Data or BI Product Manager developing data platforms, data products, or data applications.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Knowledge of database structures, data ingestion, integration, and modelling processes.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, and their practical application in products.
• Fluent French and English required.

• Experience in the hotel distribution sector.
