What you will do
- Promote the resort’s brand image internally and externally.
- Develop brochures, promotional materials, maps, invitations, press reports, and news releases.
- Update the property website and respond to daily media inquiries.
- Monitor media coverage and identify reputation risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate media visits, including reservations, amenities, special requests, and dining arrangements.
- Maintain press databases, digital libraries, and press clippings.
Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- Clear professional communication and accurate written document preparation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, protect guest and coworker privacy, and follow company procedures.
- No supervisory experience, license, or certification is required.
