Account Manager, Reputation

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE; hybrid work with the option to work from home twice a week

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day account work and support senior team members.
• Lead client and internal meetings and provide tactical counsel to clients.
• Monitor accounts, prepare reports, and conduct analysis.
• Manage medium to large projects across account programmes, including supplier coordination.
• Develop and review proposals, presentations, research, and communications content.
• Support new business proposals and take primary responsibility for selected accounts.

Requirements

• Understanding of public relations, ideally with experience working with retail clients.
• Previous client-facing experience and the ability to provide tactical counsel.
• Strong UAE media relations experience with English media outlets.
• Strong project and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
• Experience guiding junior employees and obtaining cooperation through effective communication and negotiation.
• Strong content development and press writing skills, including press releases, media alerts, bylined articles, and features.
