Focus on negotiating supplier agreements, managing market and supply risks, and driving cross-functional procurement improvements across international operations.
Location: Hybrid role based in Asturias, Spain; Leiden, Netherlands; or Brabrand, Denmark

is a global provider of flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health and biosciences solutions. The Food Ingredients business is expected to transition to CVC Capital Partners after the planned 2027 transaction closes.
What you will do
- Develop and execute regional category strategies for sugar, acidulants, salt, phosphates, and other ingredient categories.
- Ensure reliable supply, cost competitiveness, value delivery, and portfolio optimization across EMEA manufacturing sites.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with international suppliers, identifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements while minimizing commercial and supply risks.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.
- Monitor market trends, cost drivers, supplier performance, and supply risks to support sourcing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent field.
- Relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier relationships.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
