Supply Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Negotiate rent conditions, including fixed and variable terms, for new property onboarding and existing contract renewals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contractual changes such as extensions, terminations, and addenda.
• Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, payment tracking, and deadline compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Property Management teams to ensure agreements are operationally and legally sound.
• Prepare business cases, market benchmarks, and profitability analyses to support negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency required.
• Previous experience in real estate, negotiation, procurement, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling data, profitability calculations, and rent comparisons.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona.
