Europe Warehousing Operations Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Aspropyrgos, Athens, Greece

Salary: €2,150 gross per month starting salary (€30,100 gross per year starting salary)

What you will do

• Coordinate the use, maintenance, and improvement of warehouse operations work processes and digital solutions.
• Support operational improvement across European distribution centers through centralized, standardized, and digitalized processes.
• Ensure that site work processes meet operational standards and capability requirements.
• Create end-user documentation and deliver training across the organization.
• Lead individual projects and manage action plans to eliminate process gaps.
• Collaborate with local and European colleagues in an international supply chain environment.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a BSc in a technical, engineering, science, or business discipline.
• Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Completed or permanently exempt from military service, where applicable.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience creating and following up on action plans.
• Experience with warehouse or supply chain systems, including SAP QM, SAP QR, WMS, Production Execution Basic, or Transportation Operation Basic, is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and PowerApps.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, production execution, or transportation operations systems.
