Technician III (Manufacturing)

Location: Louisiana, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment through advanced maintenance activities.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, testing, isolation, and repair of abnormal equipment conditions.
• Lead or support major maintenance tasks while maximizing equipment availability and reliability.
• Initiate root cause analysis and investigate equipment failures or out-of-limit conditions.
• Support maintenance scheduling, materials planning, resource planning, procurement, and CMMS documentation.
• Train, coach, and provide secondary supervision for technicians, contract personnel, and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of related industrial experience, formal certification, military experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Completion and maintenance of required safety, technical, and Authorized Employee qualifications.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Louisiana, United States.
