Product Specialist (Aviation)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic or Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs. Flex-location allows working from any location worldwide for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve product documentation, technical materials, and knowledge assets.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and presales activities with accurate product input.
• Enable Sales, Solution Engineering, and Delivery teams through reusable content, product guidance, and training.
• Serve as a go-to expert for product-related questions across the organization.
• Capture and structure customer and delivery feedback for Product Management.
• Align product messaging and collateral across regions and teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Presales, Solution Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, usable content.
• Ability to structure information and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Comfort working across technical, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, quality, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting RFPs, bids, or customer proposals.
• Exposure to complex technology-driven or government-facing products.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Background in aviation, travel, or border management solutions.
