TL;DR
Product Manager (Kubernetes) (Cloud Infrastructure): Defining and delivering Cloudera’s Kubernetes distribution across public cloud, private cloud, and air-gapped environments with an accent on scalable deployments, platform integration, and enterprise security. Focus on translating complex infrastructure needs into product requirements, integrating compute and storage services, and optimizing highly available, CNCF-conformant deployments.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work setup

What you will do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Distribution of Kubernetes (CDK).
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead CDK onboarding, lifecycle management, and scalable deployments across public cloud, private cloud, and air-gapped environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to integrate CDK with core platform services, including compute and storage capabilities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization, focusing on availability, scalability, security, and CNCF conformance.
- Monitor platform performance and deployment metrics, drive infrastructure optimization, and support product adoption with enterprise customers and platform engineering partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience focused on Kubernetes, container orchestration, and data platforms.
- Experience defining, launching, and managing enterprise infrastructure or software products.
- Deep understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem and B2B enterprise infrastructure usability.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid architectures, and air-gapped deployment models.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and a customer-centric approach to infrastructure challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience building, scaling, or managing a custom or internal Kubernetes distribution.
- Familiarity with open-source security, compute, and data technologies.
- Experience with regulated industries, secure air-gapped environments, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, GDPR, or CCPA.
