Material Handler I (Warehouse)

Location: Midland, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $20.85–$27.90 per hour

What you will do

• Safely unload, stock, count, weigh, secure, tag, palletize, and stack materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and complete inventory transactions.
• Assist with new orders, cycle counts, and pulling and picking parts for service operations.
• Read standard work instructions, risk assessments, and dimensional drawings.
• Use product identification tools and support safe warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Three to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior forklift operating experience and ability to become forklift certified within 30 days.
• Ability to operate a handheld scanner within 30 days.
• Ability to use an engraver, metal stamps, and paint pen to mark products.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear required protective footwear and PPE and work around fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and moderate noise.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of warehouse distribution.
• Experience with Siteline ERP or warehouse management systems.
