Digital Product Owner

Location: Dorking or Basingstoke, Surrey, UK, with hybrid working

What you will do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap for a key digital platform.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for the product and drive delivery through Agile teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Proposition, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate customer needs into digital features and enhancements.
• Lead Agile delivery with a focus on value and customer outcomes.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment.
• Experience as a Product Owner for applications in a consumer-focused environment is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable driving change.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification such as PSPO or CSPO.
