Senior Delivery Manager (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer and internal projects and programmes, including scope, milestones, forecasts, and commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success around a single delivery plan and critical path.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating with options and recommendations.
• Provide accurate delivery status, cadence, risk, and forecast communications to internal stakeholders and customers up to executive level.
• Build delivery capability with the Director of Operations through repeatable playbooks, delivery metrics, and structured insights for Product and Engineering planning.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in delivery or programme roles.
• Successful delivery in complex, multi-team enterprise SaaS environments, including recovery of at-risk programmes.
• Strong technical grounding and the ability to evaluate solution design, architecture trade-offs, change impacts, sequencing, and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proficiency with planning, forecasting, and delivery-tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated enterprise markets.
• Working knowledge of AI technology and AI-assisted tools.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and playbooks from scratch.
