What you will do
- Own delivery of product and technology projects from planning through launch and operational transition.
- Align delivery plans with business priorities alongside Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads.
- Drive roadmap execution, sprint planning, release readiness, and coordination across multiple teams and products.
- Identify delivery risks, manage dependencies involving environments, integrations, certifications, and third-party services, and lead mitigation actions.
- Coordinate release scheduling, deployment activities, change management, and readiness reviews.
- Maintain visibility of program status, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, quality, scalability, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related roles.
- Experience delivering complex software products and platform capabilities in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, and product delivery practices.
- Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations, including dependencies across large-scale technology programs.
- Strong delivery leadership, planning, dependency management, execution, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools.

- Experience working in regulated environments, focused delivery, or enterprise software development.
