Sport Marketing Event Specialist (Core Sports)

Location: Baar, Switzerland; frequent travel within Switzerland and weekend work required

What you will do

• Identify and develop partnerships with event organizers, opinion leaders, associations, communities and other key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute core sports events, community projects and brand activations across Switzerland.
• Own the Swiss Event Car Program, including activation concepts, deployment coordination and logistics.
• Develop new event formats, activations and community-driven projects that engage fans and consumers.
• Support business planning, presentations, reporting, budget management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, an agency, sports organization, association or a related field.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of skate, bike and freestyle snow communities, with an established network in Switzerland.
• Experience managing projects, stakeholders, priorities, timelines and expectations in a structured way.
• Independent, hands-on working style with strong relationship-building skills.
• Fluent German and professional written and spoken English and French required.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% within Switzerland and work weekends required.
