Intern, Value & Access and Commercial (f/m/d) (Biotech)

What you will do

• Support patient access initiatives in accordance with Swiss regulations and internal processes.
• Handle health insurance requests under Swiss regulations, ensure claims are processed on time, and support reimbursement dossiers for the Federal Office of Public Health.
• Monitor Swiss regulatory developments, including KVG, KLV, and KVV, and communicate potential portfolio implications.
• Coordinate and execute digital and omnichannel communication initiatives with brand teams.
• Support commercial projects across disease areas, including newsletters, pre-approved emails, social media advertisements, and online content.
• Coordinate assigned activities with internal cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, marketing, science, medicine, or another relevant field.
• Native-level written and spoken German and advanced written and spoken English.
• Proactive approach with the ability to prioritize work and deliver within tight timelines.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management.
