Senior Associate, Digital, UK (Programmatic)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Support the implementation, management, and daily optimization of programmatic campaigns against client objectives and KPIs.
• Assist with media planning, testing plans, campaign execution, and evaluation.
• Perform campaign QA to minimize errors and maintain accurate processes.
• Prepare client reports and analyze campaign data to identify insights and recommendations.
• Support financial accuracy, media-spend reconciliation, programmatic fees, and end-to-end campaign standards.
• Work with partners and attend platform training to develop programmatic expertise.

Requirements

• Passion for programmatic activation and a developing understanding of programmatic buying and optimization levers.
• Developing proficiency with core trading platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to collaborate effectively.
