Senior Process Engineer (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Yoqneam Illit, North, Israel; occasional travel may be required to support other sites, projects, or training.

What you will do

• Own manufacturing processes on the production floor, including pFMEA, equipment URS, work instructions, test methods, packaging instructions, and production training support.
• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, manufacturing support tools, production layouts, and equipment installation solutions for medical device assembly and testing.
• Define operating sequences and fabrication procedures while developing processes compatible with statistical process control.
• Provide engineering guidance on design concepts, specifications, equipment use, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with applicable regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive hirify.global Performance System improvements across yield, scrap, quality, safety, and OEE KPIs in partnership with production, quality, operations, maintenance, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant manufacturing-focused engineering field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience; medical device, pharmaceutical, or process-industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, execution, project management, interface management, and communication skills.
• Written and verbal English communication is required.
• Ability to take responsibility for delivery, supporting documentation, and cross-functional execution with a broad operational perspective.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.
• ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification.
• Solid work skills and a management-course background.
