What you will do

• Lead market deployment of global digital products, including planning, testing, cutover, stabilization, and production rollout.
• Coordinate application, data, infrastructure, and system integration activities across global and local teams.
• Lead product validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
• Translate local business needs into product inputs through requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, bottlers, vendors, and external partners to ensure delivery quality and adoption.
• Track delivery status, risks, and issues while improving delivery efficiency through Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, application deployment, or technical program management.
• Experience deploying and integrating customer-facing web, mobile, CRM, commerce, or digital platform solutions.
• Working knowledge of applications, data flows, integrations, and cloud environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevSecOps, quality assurance, release management, and production readiness.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft 365, and project or portfolio management tools.
• Business-level Japanese and English are required.

• Experience in consumer products or bottler ecosystems.
• Experience working with global or offshore teams.
