Implementation Manager Japan (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support customers and technical teams with integrating Worldpay payment services.
• Design and configure customer accounts, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot integration incidents.
• Define project scope and manage implementation projects through completion and post-live monitoring.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain project plans, and identify delivery risks.
• Deliver customer demonstrations and training on product functionality.
• Track developments in payment processing, security, web, browser, and mobile technologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical expertise in XML and JSON APIs.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDK implementations, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL database technologies and experience analyzing server logs with Splunk.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Japanese and English are preferred.
