Field Operations Manager

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; approximately 85% travel across the assigned territory.

Salary: $105,000–$184,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20% of annualized base salary.

What you will do

• Lead operational performance across an assigned territory of approximately 110–140 franchise restaurants.
• Conduct Wendy’s Done Right Visits, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Growth Readiness Assessments with franchisees and above-restaurant leaders.
• Use scorecards, data, and best practices to improve sales, profit, EBITDAR, recruitment, training, and guest experience.
• Coach and train District Managers, multi-unit leaders, and franchisees on operational systems, performance management, succession planning, and bench development.
• Partner with Field Training Managers to deliver in-restaurant training and enforce operational standards.
• Support new restaurant openings by confirming training, equipment, technology, construction standards, and on-site readiness.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication is required.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible operations management experience, including P&L management of multi-unit operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to translate financial and numerical information into actionable operational insights.
• Ability to travel approximately 85% and work within the Miami-based restaurant territory.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, management, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
