QA & Controls Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Henderson, Nevada or Plano, Texas, with occasional travel between locations.

Annual base salary: $59,400–$96,600.

What you will do

• Execute first-line compliance testing for loan originations and servicing and recommend process enhancements to reduce operational and compliance risk.
• Perform weekly quality assurance reviews for deposit origination, boarding, and file maintenance.
• Conduct monthly invoice validation for operations vendors and support commercial loan origination and funding reviews.
• Assist with FDICIA control testing, audit requests, regulatory examinations, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain quality control and invoice validation trackers and prepare internal reporting on operational gaps and trends.
• Support projects, process enhancements, conversions, and system implementations related to deposits, commercial reviews, and invoice validation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• At least 2 years of regulatory compliance experience within an FDIC-regulated bank or similar financial institution.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and inserting columns.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Regular partnership with mortgage origination and servicing teams and commercial lending operations is required.

Nice to have

• BA or BS degree.
• Compliance or audit certification or license, such as CRCM, CRVPM, CIA, or CPA.
• Experience with Salesforce or Archer.
