Associate Manager, AIDM Analytics (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $109,400–$128,600 per year, plus eligible bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Collaborate with Campaign Analytics, CRM, Ecommerce, Loyalty, technology, and external vendor partners.
• Drive technology implementation, data quality assurance, and regression testing across analytics platforms.
• Analyze changes in customer behavior and develop recommendations for AI-driven marketing strategies.
• Explore and expand AI-driven marketing use cases with internal teams and external vendors.
• Improve analytics processes through new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee data audits and governance activities to maintain accuracy across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as mathematics, STEM, economics, or statistics.
• 7+ years of analytics experience, preferably in digital customer analytics.
• At least 5 years of SQL experience.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies on digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital analytics and visualization platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma.

• Experience with AI and technology enablement.
• Experience with data quality assurance, advanced data models, and customer data platforms.
