eCommerce International Regional Manager - Third Parties (eCommerce)

Location: Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, Leicester, United Kingdom

Salary: £66,000–£90,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the P&L for designated third-party channels and drive revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Trade marketplace partners including Zalando, Amazon, Otto, La Redoute, and About You.
• Analyze sales reports, user behavior, customer insights, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Marketing on retail media and platform advertising, including Amazon Ads and Zalando Marketing Services.
• Optimize product visibility, content, pricing, promotions, and regional customer journeys across partner websites.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with third-party platforms, brands, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience trading on major third-party eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and commercial optimization.
• Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into trading strategies.
• Experience in fashion retail is preferred.
• Previous line management experience.
• Ability to work from the Leicester/Leicestershire Head Office location.
